Overview of sessions
- What Makes Heaven So “Heavenly”?
In order to really appreciate the glory of
our eternal future, we need to understand
the wonder of creation, the tragedy of how
everything got broken, and the price God has
paid to make all things new. On Saturday
morning , we will immerse ourselves in an
overview of the one Big Story that ties the
whole Bible together and makes it come so
very alive to us. Each of us lives with
nostalgia for life as it was in the Garden
of Eden and deep longings for the life we
will enjoy fully in the new heaven and new
earth. In this first talk, we will seek to
tap into that nostalgia and ignite those
longings, and show how the gospel of God’s
grace enables us to live with incredible
hope.

The Healed
You and the Perfect Relationships of
Eternity
The Bible is all about relationships, and
nothing gives us greater joy than healthy
relationships and more heartache than broken
relationships. The life we will enjoy in the
new heaven and new earth is far less about
dazzling streets of gold than it is
about fulfilling relationships of wonder. As
Christians, we are destined to be as loving
as Jesus, for we will be made like him; and
we are destined for a life of perfect
relationships, for all death, mourning,
crying and pain will be done away
with forever. The tear - wiping hand of God
will redeem all broken stories and broken
relationships and usher us into a life of
perfect community and fellowship forever. I
can hardly wait!

So Exactly
WHAT Will We Be Doing Forever?
Why does heaven sound so boring to many
non-believers, even believers? Because we
have never read the end of the story! In
this third talk, we will mine the riches of
the last two chapters of the Bible so we can
see that our eternal life is going to be the
Garden of Eden on steroids! Our eyes haven’t
seen, our ears haven’t heard… indeed, we are
completely unable to imagine the life God
has prepared for those who love him. Just
how much of God’s goodness and living hope
can we cram into this last talk? Come and
let’s see!

Our Purpose
is to help men and women ... grow in the grace and
knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
(II
Peter 3:18) Guided by a board of directors, we rely on
committed volunteers who contribute their prayers, their
time, and their support.
Our Goal
is to provide an atmosphere apart from
worldly pressures and demands where people of all
circumstances may ... go up to the mountain of the Lord ...[where] He will teach us His ways, so that we may walk in His
paths. (Isaiah 2:3)
Our Program
provides inspiring Christian speakers who
challenge each attendee to ... be
transformed by the renewing of [his] mind. (Romans 12:2)
